Although Teva does not have a formal dividend policy, we have consistently paid dividends for the past 30 years – first annually, then semi-annually, and currently on a quarterly basis. Our dividend is quoted in New Israeli Shekel (NIS) and is paid in US dollars to our ADR holders based on the exchange rate on the day prior to the dividend payment (net of any withholding tax).
