|Teva's settlement for class actions approved by israeli court|
|Jerusalem, Israel, May 18, 1999 - Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVIY) announced that further to Teva's announcement of March 25, 1999, regarding the class action lawsuits that were filled against Teva and other parties in the District Court in Tel Aviv in January, 1992, the Court issued formal judgments on May 11, 1999, and May 16, 1999, approving the settlement agreement between the parties. |
